HW 11 - Final Food Project 1

What i did was an experimental design on how i myself eat. I Started on Friday and ended it today at 3pm. What i did was three things which were: eat no greasy food, eat only one meal in one day and drink only water, eat an apple when hungry. By all means this wasn't easy for me at all since i ended up hungry later through out the day. And declined my mother's cooking which made her feel bad.

Not eating greasy food for a whole day and eating only healthy was sort of easy in a way since i hardly eat any greasy food, but also it was kind of hard also. I only ate a whole wheat sandwhich with peanut butter and an apple and water for the rest of the day. The only downfall with the drinking of water for the rest of the day was the constant use of the bathroom, urinating every five minutes. The good thing about it though was that i got full faster and felt refreshed.

The next day i ate only one meal which was lunch which was at 5pm since i woke up late. And that consisted of only a sandwhich of turkey on whole wheat bread with water again for the rest of the day. I wasn't full and i was hungry for the rest of the day since im not used to eating heatlhy everyday. Since i do eat fast food once in a blue. I felt good eating healthier but hungry in like three hours or so. Fast food fills you up faster but makes you feel like shit in the end but eating healthier makes you feel good and full way faster but leaves you hungry in like three hours or so.

And on the last day i ate only three apples to replace my three meals throughout the day. And i got full faster for like four hours which made me not as hungry throughout the day. So since i ate apples replacing the three meals that would mean i stood full for 12 hours which made me feel better throughout the day and i wasn't hungry at all.

This experimental design helped me realize that even though healthy food is a better choice to go, then to eat mcdonalds which contains a lot of calories and a lot of other nasty crap just to make you full for longer. A regular mcdonald meal comes with a large soda, large fries, and a large burger which is way more than 1,000 calories. And a single apple or whole wheat sandwhich with peanut butter contains less than 1,000 caloires and keeps you full also at the same time.
