Yesterday i woke up late around 12pm and skipped breakfast and ate a big lunch which was eggs and bacon(reduced fat bacon) with whole wheat bread and a cup of soy milk. Ill roughly estimate the amount of calories of maybe about 360 or so. That meal made me feel full and energized and kept me full until dinner time. At dinner time i had Chinese food which consisted of white rice and fried shrimp, which was probably roughly around 660 or so calories. Which made me really full and stuffed i only ate half the plate of food and gave the rest to my uncle. And then before bed i hate a homemade protein shake with a cup of fat free milk. Which would be another 240 calories. The protein shake completed my day of food and made me good for the rest of the night until i woke up the next day. (look on top of page of course to refer to the amount of calories and other nutritional facts about my protein shake at home). Overall what made me eat that things i ate that day was me trying to stay healthy overall and trying not to be like the average American which is overweight.
Today in the morning i ate and egg omelet with one slice of whole wheat bread and water which is 140 calories and 17 grams of protein. When i ate that meal for breakfast i got full fast and felt energized. It was a good feeling because most meals that people eat during the morning doesn't keep them full for long. My meal kept me full until at least 2:30pm. Then i ate lunch which was like a tuna sandwich with whole wheat bread and lettuce. 150 calories and 18g of protein. Which also made me feel full until dinner time which is when i had a chicken gyro and a protein shake(home-made protein shake) with an estimation of 670 calories and around 25 grams of protein. Overall those dishes made me feel less hungry through out the day and made me feel more energized. I decided to eat these foods because personally i like staying fit and making a nice eating habit instead of consuming McDonald's which contains like 1700 calories roughly for a meal which is the amount of calories you would gain throughout the day with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But as you can see i consumed less calories which from my three day course meal. A total intake of 860 calories and 60 grams of protein compared to a McDonald meal which contains roughly 1700 calories and tons of other nasty stuff that your body doesn't need to consume. http://www.weightlossforall.com/mcdonalds-calories-list.htm (McDonald's calorie list check it out you'll be surprised).
